Revit Problem with IES Files when Rotating Fixture

Revit's render engine does not seem to handle rotation of light fixtures with associated IES lighting files.

In this first image, a plan view looking down at two light fixtures above a plane, the light sources are shown to correctly follow the rotation of the fixture, one projecting to the south and the other to the west:

 However when rendered, the light is always projecting to the east, regardless of the rotation of the fixture:
